Göynük Matador in Göynük adapts to the turkish culture and gastronomy while supplies exclusively local products in the food section and operates in a green oriented environment. Live an integrated experience relevant to nutrition, culture and the roots of turkey. Experience the eating habits, the sudden feasts, and the stories told around the table, as well as special events such as cheese-making, feast of tsikoudia, and Cretan cuisine cooking classes. The operation of the hotel is environmentally friendly using pure cleaning products, performing environmental actions and activities.

Our half board covers a rich breakfast- and evening buffet, which you can take in the diningroom or on the terrace.During the day a variety of fresh dishes are also available in the restaurant.

We are particularly proud of our well renown turkeykitchen, in which we serve exclusively serve fresh meals.We use only the best ingredients, e.g.olive oil made from our own trees and partly we have met from our own animals. Fresh fruits an vegatables we get from this area of Crete. We pay a lot of attention to healthy nutrition.

 We serve our own locally made wines and – especially for the joy of our guests – with them together we regularly brewRaki , which naturally must be tasted afterwards.
